Oh my goodness! I just defrosted and heated some of that beef and quinoa soup I made the other week. It's the first I've eaten since the night I made it. I declare, it's better now than it was then. I sure hope I pinned that recipe!
We're at 35 elements on Christmas kit #2, so far. Still a LONG way to go. But, I did some advertising work this morning too.
I have 4 kits that I'm retiring. They'll be gone from the store the night of the 21st of November. They're all great kits, but have been around a while and are not necessarily representative of my current scrapping style. I may one day, resurrect them in some new and updated way, but til then, come next week, you won't be able to get them. They and all their component parts are on sale for 40% off in my store at ACOT.
I'm also offering a 20% off coupon on future purchases (via e-mail) to anyone who purchases one or more of these kits.
You'll see them all on the same page if you use the link above. Here are the main previews of each kit:
This kit is called Deep in My Soul. It's perfect for any feminine layout you might ever want to scrap.
Have you got a sweet little girl in your life? You can scrap any number of pages about her with this kit, created in honor of my sweet thing, my DGD.
Here is another fun kit, created for my oldest DGS. There was a time when he was taking guitar lessons and his ambition was to be a rock musician. I created this kit to scrap photos of him taken while he was participating in a "concert".
Do you have favorite memories of playing outside as a kid? Maybe you have children or grandchildren who love to go to the park or take a hike in nature. This is a great kit to scrap those memories.
There, now you know what's on sale! Don't want you to miss out.
I forgot to tell you that I'm taking my friend Deanna's suggestion on freezing my cabbage soup. It is all in ziploc bags (the pink + blue zipper kind I love to hate), laid flat in my freezer. Boy, was I ever careful with that pink = blue thing! Zipping those things is generally one of my biggest fails in the kitchen, but with extra care, I didn't lose a drop! Remember the $2 bargain food storage stuff I got at El Cheapo last week? I think the biggest piece is just the right size to store those bags of soup in, long term. Long term is a comparative statement and, the way I love that soup, long term won't be very long!
Well, since 35 elements is way short of my goal, I need to get back to it. Sorry I can't share my beef and quinoa soup with you. You'd love it, LOL.
