Well, I've not done what I planned. At least not much of it. I finished up the St. Patty's mini kit and dispatched the preview for wrapping. And here's where I veered off track: Remember I said that I find Easter kits difficult to design, but I thought I'd found a color scheme I could work with? Well, I played with that color scheme a bit. It's going to work. However, I designed 3 or 4 papers to end up with 2........ Two hit the recycle bin. I hope that's not a trend. I don't want to spend double the time on this kit or any other I put together this time of year. I also had to add a color to the palette. But, yes, I think I can do this.
I did wash that load of laundry.
I had been thinking about doing a smoothie for lunch. I decided instead I'd better eat my last bit of sushi. So, that's now all finished up and there is one plastic container out of my fridge. My gut is reacting badly to the change in diet. It hasn't seen this much protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals in a really long time. Nor has it seen so few carbs. The adjustment isn't awful, but it's not pleasant. Cramping and a lot of "methane". Yes, that's actually what it is, chemically--methane. In other words you're best off in the next room, LOL.
I just realized it's Thursday. It's been Wednesday in my head all morning. I guess that's what comes of losing half a day yesterday.
I have managed to pour 20 ounces of water into me so far today. I'm about to go fill the water bottle again. I keep working at increasing my water intake. First, I want to flush out the system. Second, I know it helps the passage of solids as well. I am still waiting for my skin to look better. It's SO dry. Anyway, momentarily, we're on our way to 40 ounces, as I wander to the kitchen for more water.
I have decided I need to lie down. My back is better today than yesterday, better by a huge percentage. However, I know that sitting is not good for it. So, I'm going to get horizontal for an hour and then come back out and hit the tax work.
