Well, Friday wins. I lose. It has beaten me. I am exhausted and longing for my bed. But, I have clients in the morning so I am trying to do my uploads tonight. So far, I'm into it an hour and a half. I figure I probably have at least an hour to go and all I really want to do is lie down.
I have turned in a pretty good day's work. I carried in the remains of a bag of dog food. The kitchen, at least the business side of it, is clean. That took some doing as I have just sort of run in and out of there for days. I managed to vacuum this room and the living room/dining room area. That's about half the house. I wish I still had enough oomph to do the hall, but I don't think I can muster it. One load of laundry is washed and dried; another is washed.
On the design side, I've finished the "country kit" except for alphas and details. I doubt I'll get back to it before sometime Sunday. I've also tagged a bunch more stuff in ACDSee. I'm now about 3/4 of the way through the paper overlays. And I uploaded a 3rd kit and the extras to the new store; that easily ate a couple of hours......... Tomorrow I have to wrestle with the spreadsheet............
I had an obnoxious headache late this afternoon. It wasn't awful, but it wouldn't yield and it made me less than enthusiastic about moving, etc. I tried to lie down to see if it would pass, only to have a client call. End of lie down!
I have forgotten to tell you about my extremely frustrating neighbor. I don't know how they are related, but there are two women and a guy living next door to me. I admit to feeling jealous because they are living in subsidized housing and own 3 vehicles between them. One is a big, fancy new red truck. They also have a new SUV and a smaller, older compact car. For reasons I cannot even guess at, the woman who drives the compact car insists on parking in front of my house. There's plenty of room for her to park in front of her own house, but she parks in front of mine. And, everytime she comes or goes, the dogs think it has something to do with them because it's in front of our house. Even worse, there is some traffic around here this time of year. Not much, but some. And I would really like it if people coming to my house could actually park in front of my house. But, I guess that's too much to ask. I am amazed at how "entitled" some people think they are to special treatment.
Well, that's it for tonight. I am fast losing the ability to formulate coherent sentences. See ya tomorrow.
